On Wednesday June 11th Profood and sister company Prowine had the great pleasure to wine and dine some of Hong Kong's Sassy-est women (plus a few men) at the “Building a Business People Love” talk organized by Sassy and General Assembly! The speakers were Max from Secret Ingredient, Christian from MANA! and Alexis from Squarestreet, moderated by Sassy's own Maura.
To fuel the minds and bodies of these talented entrepreneurs we served paleta and salchichon by Simon Martin, truffle and pag cheese by Sirana Gligora, truffle mortadella by Bidinelli and to top it all off - an absolute Profood favourite - Don Bocarte anchovies with bread and butter...which I must say were a big hit! To wash it all down Prowine served Rosso di Montalcino Casanova di Neri 2011, Vermentino IGT Belguardo 2012, and Prima Volta Brut DOCG Prosecco Superiore Giavi.
The event was located at spacious and uber cool WYND, Central's first and probably only co-working space located on 55 Wyndham Street, Lan Kwai Fong.
