Where do your products come from?

We scour Europe and beyond for boutique artisanal producers of the highest quality food. Once we’ve found our preferred suppliers, we import directly from the country of origin to our storage unit in Hong Kong. We currently sell products from Austria, Croatia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Russia and Thailand and are adding new producers all the time.

How do you ensure the quality of your products?

We only sell products that we personally love, which – happily for us – involves a lot of taste testing! All Profood products are shipped to strict temperature-controlled standards and stored according to the producers’ own instructions.

Do you have a minimum order amount for free delivery?

Yes, we have a HK$ 300 minimum order amount for free delivery. Orders below that amount will be charged a HK$ 60 delivery fee.

Do you have a physical shop?

Sort of. We have a showroom that is open to the public Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 6:00pm. The location is the same as our office address.

I can’t find the item that I want. Can you source this for me?

We can certainly try. Drop us a line at info@profood.hk with all the details and we’ll get back to you. Please note that custom sourcing may be subject to minimum order quantities.

Help! I have a damaged item/item missing from my delivery. What shall I do?

We try our best to ensure that all items arrive with you as they left our warehouse. If that’s not the case, please email us at info@profood.hk and we’ll try to resolve this for you as soon as we can.

My usual product isn’t on the website. What can I do?

If your favourite is sold out then you clearly have great taste! Simply pop your email address into the notification box and we’ll send you a message when your item is ready for delivery.
