Founded by Simón Martín Mateos in Guijuelo back in 1907, this family run business is dedicated to the traditional artisanal production of high quality Iberian ham and meats. With over 100 years of experience, Jamon Iberico de Simon Martin has won many awards including Best Iberian Ham in 2010, Three Golden Stars in the International Superior Taste Awards in 2012 and 2013, and the Crystal Taste Award in 2014, 12 gold medals at IFFA in 2019; the leading international trade fair in the meat industry. Simon Martin is also a founding member of the Guijuelo denomination of origin.
