A dark 70%, single origin chocolate by Zotter created with cacao from Uganda's Mountains of the Moon. 1000 small farmers cultivate this fair traded organic cacao on the slopes of this mythical mountain range. They grow hand-selected, large cacao beans they call "selection noir de noir". Its fragrance has strong notes of strawberries, blueberries and grapes, subtle accents of molasses with an intense fermentation and lightly earthy character. On the palate it has a lovely jammy fruit character with notes of fruits, fudge and caramel.

As Zotter does not use stabilisers and preservative agents their chocolates are more temperature-sensitive than other chocolate products, and should be stored in a cool and dry place at an ideal temperature between 16°C and 18°C. Please do not store these chocolates in the fridge, where they would lose the sugar content and crystallise due to the humidity.
