Fusilli are a spiral shaped pasta, typical of the region of Campania and Molise. Their name is derived from the word fuso meaning "spindle" in Southern Italian dialect, as their typical corkscrew shape is traditionally made by twisting long strips of pasta around a knitting needle. This high quality, bronze-cut fusilli by Verrigni tastes great with tomato, meat and / or veggie based sauces.
