A creamy mixture
In a small pan, bring 200ml milk to the boil, add one chocolate bar and combine well with a blender / hand-held blender. Briefly boil one more time and the chocolate drink is ready!
A quick mixture
Blend a bar of drinking chocolate with 200ml of hot milk in a blender or using a hand-held blender, and your chocolate drink is ready!
Iced drinking chocolate:
Prepare your drinking chocolate as shown above, let it cool down in the fridge and serve it with ice cubes or crushed ice.
As Zotter does not use stabilisers and preservative agents their chocolates are more temperature-sensitive than other chocolate products, and should be stored in a cool and dry place at an ideal temperature between 16°C and 18°C. Please do not store these chocolates in the fridge, where they would lose the sugar content and crystallise due to the humidity.
