Light, vivid and delicate, this blend by Legras & Haas is tailor-made for champagne lovers from the House's oldest and most carefully tended family vineyard. Slowly aged in their cellars for at least four years, the nose is of flowers and citrus fruit opening out onto honey and apple. The pale gold colour, distinctive of Blanc de Blancs, highlights the delicate mousse.
