Weber makes organic mustard from locally sourced ingredients in the heart of Southern Bavaria. It was initially meant to be a home made present for friends and family, however, with the praise he received for these gifts, he decided to start making them commercially as well. Made with a passion for quality, the environment and perfection, his mustards start from the seeds he plants, cared for and treated personally, until it is harvested. They are then ground in a stone mill, the traditional way, imparting no industrial taste, chemical additives or preservatives. Finally, it is masterfully combined with other organic and premium ingredients, fiery habañero chilies, sweet and delicious honey, pungent horseradish, and a sublime mustard is made.
