Artisanal Vinegars from Provence
Hailing from St. Cyr-Sur-Mer in the South of France, Richard Daumas is an artisan specializing in fruit and vinegar condiments. He began his culinary journey making fruit ice creams and sorbets in tribute to his grandfather Paul, whom he affectionately called "Popol". The preparation method used to work the fruit pulp inspired him to apply it to vinegar. After numerous trials he found the perfect balance of fruit, vegetables and vinegar, creating a unique and tantalizing line of natural culinary preparations to add zest and aromatic southern French flavour to a wide spectrum of dishes.
