"Indian Chai" Hot Chocolate 58% (5pc)

    Ingredients:

    Cocoa mass°, raw cane sugar°, cocoa butter°, caramel powder°(skimmed milk°, whey°, sugar°, butter°), full cream milk powder°, cardamom°(0,5%), shiitake powder°(0,4%), thickener: locust bean gum°, whole cane sugar°, cinnamon°(0,2%), salt, pepper°(0,2%), coriander°(0,2%), star anise°(0,1%), emulsifier: soy lecithin°, vanilla° 

    ° From certified organic cultivation 

    Allergens/Warnings:

    May contain traces of all types of nuts, peanuts, sesame.

    Preparation:

    Mixed: 
    Blend a bar of Drinking Chocolate with 200-300 ml of hot milk, either in a blender or using a hand-held blender. And your drinking chocolate smoothie is ready!

    Creamy mixture: 
    In a small pan, bring 200ml milk to the boil, add one chocolate bar and combine well with a hand blender. Briefly boil one more time and the chocolate drink is ready!

    Stirred: 
    Heat up 200-300 ml of milk and froth it. Now let the Drinking Chocolate bar bathe in  milk for 1-2 minutes, then whisk the chocolate bar. Let the drink rest for another 1-2 minutes so the aromas can unfold. Whisk once again and enjoy!

    Cool – Drinking Chocolate on Ice: 
    Prepare your hot chocolate drink, let it cool down in the fridge and serve it with ice cubes or crushed ice.

     

    Storage:

    As Zotter does not use stabilisers and preservative agents their chocolates are more temperature-sensitive than other chocolate products, and should be stored in a cool and dry place at an ideal temperature between 16°C and 18°C. Please do not store these chocolates in the fridge, where they would lose the sugar content and crystallise due to the humidity.
