Paolo Scavino is a historical winery of the Barolo region, founded in 1921 in Castiglione Falletto by Lorenzo Scavino and his son Paolo. The family produces high quality wines since four generations, from the three local grape varieties: Dolcetto, Barbera and Nebbiolo. They vinify their own grapes, developing the unique characters and identity of the 19 historic crus they own in six Barolo villages. Purity of expression, complexity and elegance is what Paolo Scavino wines aim for. Today the winery is run by Enrico Scavino and his daughters Enrica and Elisa.
