Situated in the luscious mountains of Monchio Delle Olle in northern Italy, Montanari & Gruzza has been producing butter and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese since 1950. Founded by Arturo Montanari and Arnaldo Gruzza, the company breeds their own organically raised cows, including the ancient "Vacche Rosse" breed. Their sons then inherited the growing business, and today continue their fathers’ mission of processing and distributing only the highest quality products.
