Founded in 1949, Bidinelli is an established Italian family business from the Emilia-Romagna region, specializing in the production of mortadella. All pigs are born, bred and slaughtered in Italy to guarantee strict control of the supply chain from breeding to feeding. The company was acquired by the Bartoli Family in 2009, another local artisanal business that produces Italian charcuterie such as salami, coppa, and pancetta.
