  • Grilled Nectarine and Goat’s Cheese Salad with Plum Dressing

Simply beautiful salad for parties and family gatherings that will bring more colours and flavours to your table!

Serves 2

Ingredients
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1-2 large nectarines pitted and quartered
80g salad leaves of choice
80g goat's cheese (or vegan alternative) of choice
Handful of pistachios
2-3 tbsp Mekhala All-Natural Plum Sauce

Method

  1. Brush the nectarine wedges with olive oil. Grill the wedges on a barbecue or a hot grill pan over medium-high heat until they’re nicely charred with grill marks on both sides (about 2-3 minutes per side).
  2. Arrange the salad leaves on your serving plate(s). Top with the nectarine wedges, crumble the goat cheese over and sprinkle the pistachios over. Drizzle over the Mekhala All-Natural Plum Dressing, and serve!
