  • Chia Pudding With Avocado and Don Bocarte Anchovies

A refined recipe by one of the 50 top chefs in the world, Otello Moser! It is a perfect appetiser with two superfood ingredients and anchovies. With their rich meat, and gentle taste - not too salty, nor too fishy - Don Bocarte's anchovies from the Bay of Biscay are considered the best in the world! 


45g chia seeds 
200ml rice or soy milk
1 ripe avocado
8 anchovy fillets by Don Bocarte
1/2 lemon juice


  1. To make the pudding, mix the chia seeds with the rice or soy milk and keep in the fridge for at least 8 hours.
  2. Place a spoonful of the chia seed pudding in a bowl.
  3. Peel and cut the avocado into 8 pieces and season with lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
  4. Place an anchovy fillet on top and drizzle with olive oil from the anchovies.
  5. Decorate to taste and serve.
