  • Beef Skewers With Organic Parmigiano Reggiano Fondue

A quick and easy appetiser to impress your guests before dinner. Try it with our Organic Parmesan Cheese by Montanari & Gruzza.

Serves 2

Ingredients:
8 slices of beef
200g of parmesan cheese
70g of herbs of your choice
1 egg
100ml of milk
pepper to taste
salt to taste
breadcrumbs
olive oil

Method:

  1. Season each slice of meat with salt, pepper and chopped herbs.
  2. String the slices of meat onto a small skewer / large toothpick.
  3. Beat the egg, dip in the skewer and cover in breadcrumbs. Gently fry in olive oil.
  4. For the fondue: heat up the milk and grated parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
